A joint initiative between Falcon Tourism Investments and the Ministry of Tourism, Dar El Ezz raises the bar on restaurant fine dining. Three floors high, the complex has been constructed over a remarkable space of 3 690 square meters and incorporates a fort-like design that reflects Nizwa’s captivating history. Offering peaceful surroundings, guests are invited to enjoy a variety of unique and authentic cuisines.

The international fine dining restaurant ‘Memories’ boasts a seating capacity of over 200 people and sports a design reminiscent of Nizwa’s panoramic desert landscape.

Its most spellbinding feature is, perhaps, the outdoor terrace that is surrounded by cascading waterfalls and natural rock structures. The restaurant has both family and VIP rooms that have been meticulously designed to be both captivating and fully functional.

Dar El Ezz’s multi-purpose banquet hall, “Sharayar,” is hailed as the only one of its kind in Nizwa. It boasts a seating capacity of over 600 people and is well equipped to host various events.

A star attraction of this five-star dining complex is Dar El Ezz’s open-air terrace coffee shop, ‘Clouds,’ which serves authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisines with a breath-taking backdrop of Nizwa.

It is worth mentioning that FTI has spared no effort in creating an authentic international culinary experience for its guests by hiring over 60 experienced international staff from 20 countries.
